Qualifications:

• Masters degree or higher
• Healthcare (1 years)
• 1 years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Practice Partner EMR
  • EHR Implementation
• Valid Speech Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
• Do you have a valid Drivers License Reliable Mode of Transportation and Auto Insurance (all 3) (yes)
• Are you okay with the required travel for this position (yes)

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans.
Support patients in Erie PA and surrounding areas Travel.
Ability to spend 20% of your day driving to/from patient locations Schedule: Monday Friday 8a-5p 1 weekend a month 2 holidays a year.
