Job Overview
ND Global Consulting Services Inc. is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time contract opportunity in Fulton Missouri. The selected candidate will provide evidence-based speech and language therapy evaluation and treatment services in a healthcare setting.
This position is expected to work up to 24 hours per week with hours scheduled Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. The selected candidate will be required to attend one day of New Employee Orientation prior to beginning work.
Responsibilities
The Speech-Language Pathologist will be responsible for providing professional speech language and swallowing evaluation and treatment services. Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Conducting speech and language therapy evaluations.
- Providing treatment for speech language and swallowing impairments.
- Evaluating adults referred to speech therapy by a physician.
- Establishing therapy goals and developing treatment plans.
- Administering appropriate diagnostic tests for speech language and swallowing functions.
- Interpreting findings for medical professionals patients/consumers and appropriate caregivers.
- Determining whether referral to a medical specialist dentist or counselor is needed.
- Providing services in a safe and effective manner.
- Completing documentation according to facility guidelines and policies.
Requirements
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license/credential required.
- Prior experience providing speech language and swallowing evaluations and treatment.
- Ability to work with adults in a healthcare or facility-based setting.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to follow facility policies and clinical guidelines.
- Must be available to attend one day of New Employee Orientation before starting.
- Must provide current resume license/credentials and certifications for submission.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a hospital behavioral health long-term care rehabilitation or similar healthcare setting.
- Experience with adult speech therapy referrals.
- Experience assessing swallowing impairments and developing treatment plans.
- Availability to start on or around July 1 2026.
