Speech Language Pathologist

The American Autism & Rehabilitation Center (AARC) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Daphne Alabama. This position offers full-time part-time and PRN opportunities within a collaborative outpatient pediatric setting.

At AARC youll work alongside experienced Speech-Language Pathologists Occupational Therapists Physical Therapists and ABA professionals to provide comprehensive family-centered care to infants toddlers children adolescents and young adults. Our team treats a wide range of developmental neurological communication feeding and sensory challenges with a large portion of our caseload including Autism Spectrum Disorder developmental delays cerebral palsy Down syndrome genetic syndromes feeding and swallowing disorders and other complex pediatric diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Current Alabama Speech-Language Pathology license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eager to learn CFY
• AAC experience (preferred)
• Pediatric experience preferred (2 years preferred)
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges preferred
• Strong organizational communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer proficiency
