Looking for a meaningful Speech Language Pathologist role in the school setting Ampersand Therapy a teacher and therapist run company is hiring aSchool-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)for the 2026-2027 school year in the Coopersville MI area.

Position Overview

• Role:School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Location:Coopersville MI
• Type:In-person ONLY
• Part Time - 2 days per week
• Pay Structure:Equal pay for direct and indirect treatment time
  

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric SLP evaluations and deliver school-based therapy services
• Collaborate with IEP teams teachers and special education staff
• Complete documentation aligned with school timelines
• Help students access learning and succeed through functional skill development
  

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Michigan SLP license (or eligible to apply)
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Passion for supporting diverse learners in inclusive environments
