Position Summary
Behavioral Health Clinic is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapeutic services to clients ages five and older (5 years old) at our De Pere location. This position is therapy-focused prioritizing direct treatment skill-building and ongoing intervention. Comprehensive diagnostic testing and formal evaluations are optional based on clinician preference and experience.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Therapy and Client Care
evidence-based speech-language therapy to clients ages five and older (5).
a variety of communication needs including speech sound disorders language delays fluency voice pragmatic/social communication and cognitive-communication skills.
implement and adjust individualized treatment plans based on functional goals and client progress.
5. Provide therapy for feeding and swallowing concerns if qualified and interested.
6. Complete formal speech-language assessments and testing only as desired or needed to complement therapy goals.
7. Partner with families caregivers and support networks to reinforce strategies and home programs.
Collaboration and Consultation:
1. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary teamincluding pediatric therapists psychologists and counselorsto support holistic client care.
2. Participate in interdisciplinary case discussions and consultation meetings.
3. Communicate regularly with parents educators and external healthcare providers to coordinate treatment strategies.

Documentation and Compliance:
Maintain accurate timely clinical documentation including daily treatment notes plan-of-care updates and progress reports. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations organizational policies payer guidelines and professional ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for Wisconsin licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellowship candidates may be considered.
- Experience administering standardized speech-language treatment to clients ages five and older.
- Strong clinical documentation written communication and interpersonal skills.
