Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Pediatric Outpatient

Your Role:
- Assessing diagnosing screening and treating a variety of speech language and feeding/swallowing disorders
- Our population consists of Autism (ASD) ADHD language-based learning disorders AAC users motor speech disorders articulation/phonological disorders and developmental delays
- Timely completion of documentation including daily SOAP notes progress notes initial and re-evaluations
- Implement evidence based neurodiversity affirming treatment techniques
- Collaborate with occupational therapists physical therapists BCBAs psychologists and other team members to provide a whole child approach
- Effectively provide parent and family education
- Engage in cultural responsiveness when treatment planning for culturally diverse population
- Opportunities to engage in mentorship programs based on your areas of interest including but not limited to: feeding/swallowing social skills groups and aquatics therapy
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Washington State Speech Language Pathologist License or interim permit (CFs)
- 1-3 years experience preferred but open to new graduates
