The SLPA implements treatment plans supports family education assists with documentation and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to promote positive developmental ResponsibilitiesImplement speech and language treatment plans developed by a licensed Speech-Language high-quality therapeutic interventions to children with speech language communication and related children who utilize or may benefit from Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) with speech language and communication assessments as directed by the supervising and train families caregivers and other professionals on treatment strategies and carryover timely accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with professional and organizational effectively with therapists administrative staff and billing teams to support quality service in staff meetings team collaboration and ongoing professional development current licensure and all required evidence-based practices sound clinical judgment and professional decision-making enthusiasm professionalism and a commitment to providing exceptional pediatric :Bachelors Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited college or Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant License in good to work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language communication organization and documentation :Pediatric therapy working with children who utilize AAC devices and communication collaborating with families and multidisciplinary care Youll Love About This RoleMeaningful work helping children and families team environment with mentorship and for professional growth and continuing weekday schedule with no weekends.A culture focused on clinical excellence compassion and our team and help children find their voice while building a rewarding career in pediatric therapy.#LI-TC1
