Speech-Language Pathologist - Artesia CA$65-$70 per hour based on experience10-16 hours per weekFlexibility in scheduling what hours/days of weekLow patient ratiosConsistent hoursIn-patient subacute physical rehab; adult patients onlyWould you like to make a difference every day in someones life This role is critical to our success and exemplifies the wonderful mission driven work we do every speech and language skills development articulation ability and voice and fluency disorders of individuals and administer speech therapy using techniques that assist in the rehabilitation of individuals with functional disabilities of speech language voice and medical records test and evaluate individuals served and develop therapy treatment and develop intervention individuals we serve family members and primary caregivers to insure the maintenance of or to achieve the ideal functioning level for each person effective coordination of individuals served home care and Rehab TeamTreat patients in an inpatient settingDevelop treatment plans focused on community independence and functional focus on cognitive rehabilitationThe rehab team consists of Physical Therapy Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy working alongside nursing -led PopulationAdults with a variety of complex neurological injuries spinal cord injuries polytraumatic and orthopedic injuriesQualifications:Masters Degree in Speech Therapy or Speech/Language PathologyCertificate of clinical competence from ASHACurrent state licensure/certification as a Speech TherapistSuccessful clearance of local and/or state background checksA commitment to quality in everything you doAvailable to work during hours of operation (8am-6pm)Why Join UsRewarding work impacting the lives of those you serve working alongside a great team of job security with nationwide career development and advancement opportunities.
