Speech Language Pathologist 2500 Bonus

Pro Rehab an established Rehab company with over 35 years of successful business is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist. We are looking for aSpeech Language Pathologist to float betweenCokato and Dassel area! We offer a competitive wage benefitsmileage reimbursement ($.70 / mile) and up to a$2500 bonus paid out over 18 months.We are seeking an SLP with current CCC-SLP certification.

Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time benefits eligible position

Wage Range:$36 - $46 / hour depending on experience.

Bonus: $2500

Location:West Region: Cokato and Dassel

Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities:

• Assess & Diagnose Communication Disorders:Evaluate patient needs and deficits such as but not limited to: patients with speech language voice fluency and swallowing difficulties.
• Develop & Implement Treatment Plans:Create personalized therapy programs to improve the functional deficits of the patient.
• Provide Speech & Language Therapy:Conduct exercises and interventions to improve communication and speech abilities.
• Educate & Support Patients & Families:Teach strategies for effective communication and techniques to improve daily life.
• Monitor Progress & Adjust Treatment:Track patient improvements document progress and modify therapy plans as needed.
• Collaborate with HealthcareTeams:Work with doctorsnurses and therapists to ensure comprehensive support for patients.

• Must be a graduate from an Accredited Speech Therapy Program and have a bachelors degree.
• Must possess a current accredited MN Speech Therapist License.
• Homecare Homebase EMR experience helpful but will train
• Experience with OASIS preferred or willing to be trained
• Must possess strong knowledge regarding state federal and local regulations as they pertain to Home Health care.
• Develop care plans and discharge planning strategies for optimal patient recovery.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and personalized treatment plans.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and home care practices.
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
