We partner with school districts across the state and have opportunities available serving:

Rather than placing clinicians into a single opening we take a personalized approach and match candidates with positions based on their experience preferred age group clinical interests and geographic location.

Qualified candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $10000 depending on assignment location and experience.

Responsibilities vary by placement but may include:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to preschool elementary middle school and high school students
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions
• Support students with:
  • Articulation and phonological disorders
  • Receptive and expressive language disorders
  • Social/pragmatic communication
  • Fluency disorders
  • Voice disorders
  • AAC and assistive communication needs
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet the needs of diverse age groups and developmental levels
• Collaborate with teachers administrators families and related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation
• Support students in achieving greater communication independence and educational success

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• CCC-SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP/CFY)
• Active Maine SLP License or eligibility
• School-based pediatric or special education experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication organization and collaboration skills
