As a Specialty Pharmacy Liaison you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients guiding them through their therapy journey and ensuring a seamless pharmacy experience.

• Deliver high-touch patient support managing each patients journey from onboarding through refills
• Coordinate timely medication delivery and manage refill schedules
• Proactively address insurance prior authorization and copay challenges
• Monitor and promote medication adherence
• Collaborate closely with clinical pharmacists providers and clinic staff to resolve issues quickly
• Act as a trusted resource and advocate for patients navigating complex therapies

• Active Pharmacy Technician registration in the State of employment
• 25 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
• High School Diploma or GED

• CPhT certification (highly valued)
• 58 years of pharmacy technician experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
• Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word) and ability to quickly learn new systems
• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and extract key information efficiently

An employee in this position can expect a salary rate between $50000 and $65000 plus bonus pursuant to the terms of any bonus plan if applicable. The actual salary will depend on experience seniority geographic location and other factors permitted by law.
