Key Responsibilities

Packing

Photograph inventory and barcode customer belongings using phones/tablets and inventory software.
Pack wrap and protect customers personal belongings.
Safely load/unload transport and organize customer belongings.
Clean furniture household items and personal property using specialized cleaning techniques.

Cleaning

Perform detailed post-construction cleaning.
Assist with demolition cleanup on residential and commercial projects.
Deliver excellent customer service while working in homes and businesses.
Maintain company vehicles equipment and warehouse organization.

Position Requirements

Valid drivers license.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a background check.
Comfortable using smartphones and tablets throughout the workday.
Ability to communicate professionally in English with supervisors customers and teammates. Bilingual is great.
Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
Willingness to learn new skills and follow established procedures.

Skills & Physical Demands

Lift and carry 50 pounds throughout the workday.
Walk bend kneel climb stairs and work on your feet for extended periods.
Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
Strong attention to detail.
Organized and able to multitask.
Comfortable working independently and with a team.
Treat customers personal belongings with care and respect.
Comfortable using barcode scanners tablets and mobile technology.
