Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Specialized Online ESL Teacher to join our team. As a Specialized Online ESL Teacher you will be responsible for providing individualized and engaging English language instruction to students with special needs. You will work closely with our team of educators and therapists to develop and implement personalized learning plans for each student.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct online English language classes for students with special needs utilizing a variety of teaching methods and materials

- Develop and implement personalized learning plans for each student based on their individual needs and goals

- Provide ongoing support and feedback to students to help them improve their language skills

- Collaborate with our team of educators and therapists to ensure a holistic and inclusive learning experience for students

- Keep accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents and caregivers

- Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching skills and stay updated on best practices for teaching students with special needs

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Education Special Education or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching ESL to students with special needs

- TEFL TESOL or CELTA certification preferred

- Experience with online teaching platforms and tools

- Strong understanding of different learning styles and ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Passion for working with students with special needs and a commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment

Contract Details:
