Beynon Sports Surfaces is seeking a Chemical Processor to support the production of high-performance polyurethane and specialty surfacing products. This role is critical to ensuring quality consistency and efficiency in our manufacturing process. If you take pride in precision safety and hands-on work this is an opportunity to be part of a team that builds world-class athletic surfaces.

What Youll Do

• Measure mix and process chemical formulations according to established specifications
• Operate and monitor processing equipment reactors and blending systems
• Ensure accurate batching and documentation of production runs
• Perform quality checks and report any deviations or inconsistencies
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
• Follow all safety protocols including proper handling of raw materials and chemicals
• Support continuous improvement efforts in production efficiency and quality

What Were Looking For

• Previous experience in chemical processing manufacturing or industrial production preferred
• Ability to accurately follow formulas procedures and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with processing equipment
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment
• Reliable attendance and ability to start work at 6:00 AM MondayFriday
