• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies through job boards social media platforms professional networks referrals and other recruitment channels to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Conduct candidate screenings interviews and assessments to evaluate skills experience and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs establish recruitment strategies and create effective job postings.
• Coordinate all stages of the interview process including scheduling candidate communications and feedback collection.
• Manage offer preparation negotiations background checks and onboarding activities to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with all applicable federal state and local employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Serve as a brand ambassador promoting Hilton Grand Vacations culture values and employment opportunities.
• Monitor recruiting trends best practices and key performance metrics to continuously improve talent acquisition processes.

• Proven experience as a Recruiter Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruiting role.
• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR-related software.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to effectively partner with hiring managers and interact with candidates at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
