Specialist, Supply Chain Analyst

The Role

Entegris is currently seeking aSpecialist Supply Chain Analyst- Returnable AssetManagementto join ourSupply Planningteam. This position will be based in ourRound Rock TXfacility.

Join our growing Entegris team in Round Rock TX- 20 miles north of downtown Austin.

As aSpecialist Supply Chain Analyst Returnable Asset Management you willassist insupporting theglobalperformance utilization and optimization ofourreturnable asset fleet.As a critical member of the supply chain teamyou will use data-driven analysis and partnercross-functionally withplantmanufacturingplanning teamsand Business Unit leaders toensure alignment between fleet supply and demandthroughput andsupport continuous improvement efforts.

WhatYoullDo

• Perform and enhance supply vs. demand analysis to proactively identify vessel supply risks and support manufacturing sites with actionable resolution.

• Maintain and enhance reporting toolsto help drive business decisions communicate fleet health highlight inefficiencies excess/shortages and bottlenecks within the full supply loop.

• Develop reporting and analysis of vessel excess and MRB units and partner with local teams to drive remedial plan execution.

• Activelymanageaged-at customer units by working with Business Unit Leaders Customer EnablementTeam Account Teams to drive customer return improvements.

• Produce component forecasting scenariosto help facilitate supplier readiness.

• Serve as subject matter expert and primary contact for vessel related SAP transaction processes and issues.

• Contribute to fleet digitization initiatives through data validationmaster data enhancement modeling and testing.

• Support scalable solutions that enable proactive and predictive fleet management.

WhatWeSeek

• B.S. degree required; degree in business analytics or supply chain management is a plus.

• 0-3 years of experience as a data analyst or experience insupply chain operations logistics or asset management.

• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data visualization tools Power BI preferred.

• Foundational understanding of supply chain concepts such production management logistics procurement Sales and Operations Planning (SOP)lead time inventory managementand asset utilization.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate multiple datasets into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.

• Ability to connect data analysis to real-world operational impacts (manufacturing logistics customer behavior procurement).

• Ability to effectively lead and facilitate meetings with cross functional teams at all organizational levels and drive appropriate actions using Microsoft365tools (Outlook Power Point Word Excel SharePoint Teams Power BI).

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

• Experience and familiarity with ERP systems with strong understanding of MRP functionality SAP preferred.

• Proficiency with Power BI involving complex data modeling and advanced DAX calculations with the ability to build maintain and enhance business intelligence reporting.

• Advanced Excel skills including experience with Power Query Power Pivot Macros and Automation

• Experience in SAP Business Objects.

• Ability to develop scenario simulations and optimization models for supply/demand balancing or asset utilization.

• Experience leveraging machine learning or advanced analytics in supply chain or operations contexts.
