The Role
As a Communications Specialist you will play a key role within a dynamic development-focused rotational program designed to build well-rounded high-impact communications this role you will help with content development communications measurement event coordination media relations and ad hoc projects that advance key business priorities through clear engaging and effective communications.
As part of the rotational program you will gain structured exposure to multiple business units and functions across Corporate Communicationsbroadening your perspective strengthening both internal and external communications skills and accelerating your overall development. You will also have opportunities to lead special communications projects end-to-end building your ability to think strategically manage stakeholders and deliver impactful outcomes. This role is ideal for a proactive collaborative communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys tackling a variety of work and is motivated to continuously learn grow and expand their impact within a structured and supportive program.
The Expertise Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in communications or public relations professions including having completed a communications internship

As part of the larger Corporate Communications team our team of communications specialists connects our work to larger enterprise efforts that reach a range of internal and external audiences.

Fidelitys Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
