Job Summary

ABOUT THE JOB

Anduril is seeking a Specialist Accounts Receivable to join our dynamic growing Contractto Cash team located at our Costa Mesa CA location. This role will support ourgovernment and commercial contracts process with timely billing reconciliation reporting
and collection of customer payments on these contracts. Were looking for someone whohas excellent attention to detail and strong organization and communication skills with anability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOULL DO
  • Partner with internal and external business partners to expedite payment processing on aging receivables.
  • Process daily cash applications and bank statement reconciliation includingprocessing of non-AR transactions like interest and bank fees within the cashmanagement system.
  • Closely track and follow up on delinquent rejected and short paid receivables aswell as open and unapplied credits and payments.
  • Process approved credit memos.
  • Maintain receivable aging report with up to date notation and analysis.
  • Support cash collection forecasting and ad hoc reporting of billing and collectionefforts.
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable ledger accounts financial statementsand reports monthly.
  • Assist with month end close reconciliations.
  • Play an active role in government third party and internal audits and maintainaccountability records.
  • Prepare process and submit invoices to customers using government portals andother methods as required by the contract.
  • Partner with financial analysts and program managers to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices as dictated by the contract.
  • Adhere to relevant invoicing guidelines of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) andrequirements of DCMA DCAA DFAS etc.
  • Establish systems to streamline the government accounting process for travel andother expenses associated with government contracts.
  • Ad hoc projects and tasks as required by the business.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 6 years of accounts receivable experience
  • A degree in Accounting Finance or related field is preferred
  • 2 years of government accounting experience including Cost AccountingStandards (CAS) and FAR preferred
  • Experience with financial accounting systems (Oracle Fusion preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP queries/macros pivot tables etc.)
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively across departments
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled informationor facilities

US Salary Range

$86000 - $114000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience education and/or training critical skills and/or business considerations.
