What You Will Do

• Own and drive complex operational projects from inception to completion ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Analyze and optimize workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement actionable solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product engineering and operations teams to facilitate effective execution of strategic initiatives.
• Solve complex ambiguous problems while navigating real-world constraints to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project transparency and alignment.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 1-4 years of experience in management consulting investment banking private equity or a high-performing startup role.
• Proven track record of executing projects end-to-end demonstrating strong ownership and initiative.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to break down and solve complex problems systematically.
• Experience working in fast-paced ambiguous environments thriving under changing priorities and minimal structure.

Preferred

• Genuine interest in healthcare and operational transformation particularly in AI-driven systems.
• Previous experience in a startup environment showcasing adaptability and a builder mindset.

Compensation and Benefits
