At BAYADA our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide one-on-one care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities helping them build confidence strengthen everyday skills and live more independently in the comfort of their own homes.

Compensation & Schedule

• Up to $19/hr.
• Flexible scheduling with a variety of shifts and locations
• Short commute timeswe aim to place you within 30 minutes of home
• Mileage reimbursement options available

What Were Looking For

• 1 year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• High school diploma or equivalent (18)
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and locations
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to activities
• Willingness to travel between clients within your assigned area

What Youll Do

• Provide support with daily routines and personal care
• Help individuals build life skills and maintain independence
• Offer encouragement consistency and meaningful companionship
• Support engagement at home and within the community
