We are seeking Special Education Teachers who are passionate about making a difference in childrens lives within home and community settings.

Position Overview:

As a Special Education Teacher in our Early Intervention program you will work with infants and toddlers (birth to 3 years old) with developmental delays. You will design and implement individualized intervention plans and partner with families to support their childs educational and functional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct early childhood special education services to children in home and community settings.
• Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
• Conduct developmental assessments and progress monitoring.
• Work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary team members.
• Deliver family coaching to encourage developmental growth.
• Maintain documentation and service logs in compliance with NYC EI requirements.
• Flexible scheduling with full-time part-time hourly or fee-for-service options.

• Ability to travel within assigned boroughs of NYC.
• Hand dexterity ability (ability to operate mobile device smart phone computer).
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
• Ability to travel to various locations on a near daily basis.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
