We are seeking passionate and dedicated Special Education Teachers to join a collaborative school environment in Crewe Virginia for the school year. Assignment Details:
- Co-taught classroom settings
- Elementary grades 3 4
- Middle school grades 7 8
- Inclusive education environments focused on collaboration and student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction and classroom support in co-taught settings
- Collaborate with general education teachers and school staff
- Develop and implement IEP goals and accommodations
- Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Foster a supportive inclusive and engaging learning environment
Qualifications:
- Active Virginia Special Education (SPED) License required
- Strong collaboration and classroom management skills
- Passion for working with diverse learners
- Ability to build positive relationships with students families and staff
- Commitment to student growth and inclusive education practices
