Special Education Medicaid Compliance Coordinator

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Special Education programs including knowledge of IDEA compliance IEP processes evaluations and related services.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Special Education Medicaid Initiative (SEMI) Medicaid reimbursement processes or similar state/federal compliance and funding programs.
• Strong experience with data management systems NJSLEDS SID Management advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel databases reporting systems and electronic record management.
• Experience preparing documentation for audits grants compliance monitoring and state or federal reporting requirements.
• Proven project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities deadlines contracts and compliance-related activities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including experience preparing reports presentations correspondence and communicating with administrators schools and external agencies.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze problems develop solutions and implement procedures that improve operational efficiency compliance and accountability.
• Must have knowledge of Special Education programs and supports as outlined in N.J.A.C. Title 6A:14.
