Special Education LEA Supervisor

The Southeast Arkansas Education Service Cooperative is now accepting applications for an LEA Supervisor for theWarren Woodlawn & HermitageSchool Districts.

Qualifications / Licensure:

Applicants must meet the following qualifications and attach a current Arkansas Educators License as proof of licensure areas.

• Arkansas Special Education Instructional Specialist License
• Arkansas Program Administration Special Education P-12 License
• Building Level Administrator License

Experience Required:

• Experience as a special education teacher or building administrator
• Experience as an LEA Supervisor or an Assistant LEA Supervisor

Skills Required:

• Experience with due process paperwork timelines annual reviews and interpretation of test results for students with disabilities
• Must have focused and clear oral communication skills with students parents teachers and other administrators
• Must have excellent writing skills
• Must have extensive knowledge of the identification evaluation and due process for students with disabilities

Salary is based on Warren District Salary Schedule.
