About Woodhouse Day Spa
- Warmly greet check in and check out every guest
- Recommend services upgrades and retail products tailored to guest needs
- Maintain an organized welcoming front desk environment
- Manage the appointment book to maximize bookings
- Support the team with scheduling phones and guest inquiries
- 1-2 years of front desk guest services or hospitality/retail experience
- A friendly professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Comfort learning booking and point-of-sale software
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Averaging $25/hr in retail sales
- Achieving a 30% or higher rebooking rate
- Consistently high guest satisfaction scores
- Meeting monthly upsell and service recommendation goals
- Competitive hourly pay plus monthly performance bonuses
- 5% retail commission with tiered bonus incentives
