Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef in food preparation and cooking

Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
Develop and maintain seasonal menus
Train new kitchen staff and promote teamwork
Ensure timely and quality presentation of food dishes
Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
Assist in creating budget plans and managing kitchen expenses
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or relevant culinary role
