About the Role
Were looking for a Sourcing Lead Partnerships and Procurement Operations to support and accelerate Elements sustainable sourcing supplier diversity and broader category sourcing strategies. This role will focus heavily on the development and management of supplier relationships and sourcing strategies that support client and business priorities across assigned categories. The role will own and influence multiple aspects of procurement and partnerships including sustainable mobility vendor strategy supplier diversity expansion strategic sourcing governance and compliance client-facing partnership support supplier performance management ad hoc project support and collaboration with existing category managers. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement scalable sourcing programs that enhance Elements market differentiation and support client and enterprise goals.
What Youll Do
Support Elements sustainable supplier diversity program including ongoing expansion of reporting capabilities expansion of direct and indirect supply chain and negotiating new contracts and partnerships.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and present our offerings showcasing and recommending our differentiated capabilities from the rest of the market on Element Supplier Diversity program.
Manage support monitor and pursue tactical and strategic initiatives/projects in supplier management for assigned commodity categories that support sustainable products and other assigned categories.
Support ad hoc projects and emerging business priorities by helping scope requirements coordinate stakeholders analyze supplier options and move sourcing workstreams forward.
Partner with existing category managers to provide sourcing support category insights supplier research project coordination and execution assistance across active initiatives.
Execute supplier negotiations conduct RFP/RFIs collaborate across the organization to clearly understand requirements and negotiate supply capabilities SLAs pricing efficiency and effectiveness resulting in executed regional or global contracts.
Support supply chain governance ensuring the team and suppliers adhere to policy vendor code of conduct third-party risk management and other supplier terms.
Prepare analytical reports forecasts and supplier/customer dashboards to monitor commodities suppliers and strategic initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
Education: College/University degree preferred.
Supply chain category management experience.
Leading RFP/RFIs including cross-functional team management and response analysis.
Supplier negotiation and contracting experience.
Ability to travel up to 10% across North America.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Sustainable Sourcing and/or Supplier Diversity Programs is preferred.
Experience supporting ad hoc sourcing projects cross-functional initiatives and category management activities is an asset.
Proven ability to create and present effective communications such as project updates and client program reviews in all mediums.
Ability to collaboratively lead across the business including peers and others who do not report to this individual.
Creative and solutions orientated.

Owings Mills MD
The hiring base salary range for this position is $75000 - $103840 USD annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individuals knowledge skills experience equity with other team members and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
