Description

We are looking for a Mid-level TS/SCI-cleared Source Strategy Analystto join our team.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Five (5) years experience with GEOINT collection management reflecting knowledge of the GEOINT Community its focus areas and its collection management structures
• Demonstrated experience defining documenting or drafting workstreams SOPs or best practices in writing
• Expertise with Microsoft Office tool suite Adobe Premier Adobe Photoshop and or similar tools.
• Knowledge of the GEOINT TCPED process
• Ability to build and retain internal relationships and collaborate with external partners
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to manage competing demands and changing priorities
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience performing GEOINT collection
• Experience developing educational materials and performance support solutions (job aids videos documents etc.) for a variety of customers and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of training and tradecraft implementation use and guidelines.
• GEOINT Professional Certification - Fundamentals (GPC-F)
• GEOINT Professional Certification - Collections (GPC-C)

Security Clearance Requirement:

• ActiveTS/SCI with a willingness to take a polygraph test.

Salary Range: $124500 based on ability to meet or exceed stated requirements
