Salary: $22.81875/hour

Work Schedule: Monday Friday

Primary Hours: 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.

Position Purpose

This positionsupports the agencys mission to ensure Oklahomans have access to better health and care. This role involvesassistingin the coordination of program activities ensuring compliance with policies resolving member and provider issues and supporting the development and implementation of program initiatives. TheSoonerRideCoordinatorIIcollaborates with internal teams community organizations and external partners tooptimizeprogram efficiency drive operational excellence and uphold OHCAs core values of passion for purpose accountability and transparency.

Essential FunctionsMay Include:

  • Assistin the coordination of program activities to ensure effective planning and use of effective delivery and compliance with policies and regulations.

  • Assistin communicating and collaborating with providers partners and community organizations to promote program initiatives.

  • Assistmembers and providers by resolving issues coordinating services and ensuringtimelysupport.

  • Assistin collecting and reporting basic data related to program activities.

  • Assistin supporting the development and maintenance of policies procedures and grant proposals.

  • Travelasneeded to support program activities and perform other duties as assigned.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:This positiondoes not supervise.

Knowledge Skills Abilities and Competency Requirements

TheCoordinatorrole requires strong knowledge of agency policies and program administration the ability to evaluate performance and resolve administrative issues and effectivecommunication skills to collaborate with stakeholders. Key skills include strategic coordination of program activities managing compliance andoptimizingresource use. The Korn Ferry competencies that align with this role areManages Complexity(handling multipleprogramdemands and compliance) andCollaborates(working effectively with internal and external partners).

Education and/or Experience:

  • 1year of experience in clerical office work; or as a customer service representativeOR

  • An equivalent combination of education and experience substituting thirty semester hours of college including six semester hours in business or public administration for the required experience.

Preference may be given to candidates with:

  • Experience with agedblindor disabled population

  • Experience with Medicaid/SoonerCare

  • Experience with MS Excel Access PowerPoint

  • Bilingual

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Work is typically performed in an office setting with climate-controlled settings and exposure to moderate noise levels.In the course ofperforming job duties employeesare required tospeak stand walk and reach with their hands and arms. This position requires extended periods of sitting and daily use of computers and phones. Employees must be willing to complete all job-related travel associated with this position. Being present at the office is an essential function of this position.
