CreatorIQs Solutions Engineers (SEs) are strategic advisors who play a critical role in the sales cycle. Blending technical expertise industry knowledge and consultative selling SEs partner cross-functionally to design end-to-end solutions that map directly to a customers business goals.

SEs are the product expert in the roomtrusted by prospects customers and internal stakeholders aliketo articulate clear business value and guide complex buying decisions.

What youll do:

• Partner with Sales to lead discovery and uncover customer goals current state and future vision

• Design and deliver tailored value-driven product demonstrations custom workshops and white-glove trials that align to each customers business objectives

• Develop compelling presentations and customer-specific collateral

• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for brands and campaigns

• Partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to develop strategic timely and high-quality RFP/RFI responses

• Maintain deep expertise in CreatorIQs platform integrations and new product updates

• Communicate effectively with audiences ranging from operational teams to C-suite executives tailoring the message to each level

Who you are and what youll need for this position:

• 2 years of experience in Solutions Consulting Sales Engineering or a consultative pre-sales role (SaaS preferred)

• Proven ability to communicate with and influence stakeholders from practitioners to C-suite executives

• Strong storyteller and presenter able to translate technical capabilities into clear mid market-level business value

• Experience in influencer marketing social media or selling to mid-market marketing/brand teams is a plus

• Methodical and detail-oriented in preparation and execution

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-paced sales cycles

• Collaborative team player with high ownership and accountability

• Motivated to develop deep expertise in CreatorIQs platform and continuously expand product knowledge
