EliseAI improves housing and healthcare by integrating AI agents deeply into existing housing it simplifies how renters tour apartments sign leases submit maintenance requests and stay connected with their property team; in healthcare it makes scheduling and intake easier.

EliseAI has raised $250M and is a later-stage (Series D) company.

EliseAI is hiring a Solutions Engineer (3-7 years) to be the go-to technical expert for its housing product verticals after implementation. You will bridge customers CSMs and engineering own deep product knowledge and be pulled in whenever a customer needs real technical firepower.

• Act as the dedicated technical expert for a housing product vertical (leasing maintenance or CRM) supporting CSMs and customers.
• Dig into customer data and API integrations to diagnose issues and spot trends.
• Serve as the technical escalation point and work with engineering on code-level fixes.
• Support onboarding and data migration for new platform rollouts including EliseAIs upcoming Future Platforms product.
• Feed insights back to engineering product and customer success.

• 3-7 years as a Solutions Engineer or similar post-sales technical role at a SaaS company
• Strong post-sales experience (purely pre-sales profiles are not a fit)
• A technical background (CS engineering or equivalent) and comfort at the data and API layer
• Customer-facing communication of complex technical concepts
• Startup experience preferred

CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) support ticketing (e.g. Zendesk Jira) API integrations SaaS platforms AI/automation workflows

REVENUE: 15.75% of first-year salary. Est. fee per hire $24K-$32K; 4 seat(s) up to $110K if all filled.
