What You Will Do

• Design and own end-to-end technical architectures for complex AI-powered software systems ensuring scalability reliability and performance.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor bridging the gap between product requirements and engineering execution.
• Collaborate closely with engineering product and research teams to translate business and research goals into actionable technical solutions.
• Evaluate existing systems and infrastructure identifying areas for improvement and driving modernization efforts.
• Define architectural standards best practices and guidelines across the software engineering organization.
• Lead technical discovery and scoping sessions providing clear and well-documented solution proposals.
• Stay current with emerging trends in AI infrastructure cloud architecture and multimodal systems to inform forward-looking design decisions.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 510 years of experience in a solutions architect software architect or senior software engineering role with demonstrated architectural ownership.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale distributed software systems in production environments.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures microservices and modern infrastructure patterns.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with multimodal systems generative AI tooling or large-scale model serving is a strong asset.

Preferred

• Familiarity with SQL ETL tools (Fivetran Merge Workato) and data integration processes.
• Experience working in or alongside AI machine learning or research-driven engineering organizations.

Compensation and Benefits
