Role: Software Trainer
Location: Hybrid (2 3 days onsite in Hartford CT)
Duration: 3 Months
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Software Trainer to lead end-user training during the migration from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace. The trainer will design and deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions create training materials and support employees in adopting Google applications.
Required Skills:
- 3 years of experience as a Software/Technical/IT Trainer
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace (Gmail Google Drive Docs Sheets Slides Chat Meet)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365/Office 365
- Experience creating training materials and user documentation
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience delivering classroom and virtual training to end users
- Experience with software migration or change management is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions
- Develop training guides and documentation
- Train users on Google Workspace applications
- Support the Microsoft-to-Google migration
- Work with the CIO to develop the training strategy
- Provide post-training support and answer user questions
