Required Qualifications of the Software Integration Engineer:
- Applicants must beauthorized to workfor any employerin the U.S. We areunable to providesponsorship or workwith Third-Partyagencies.
- Bachelors degree inComputer Science InformationSystems or arelated field orequivalent professionalexperience.
- Experience supporting andintegrating enterpriseERP systems includingPeopleSoft and Oracletechnologies.
- Strong knowledge ofSQL REST APIs and enterprise integrationconcepts.
- Experience with WindowsPowerShell or otherscripting languages forautomation and systemadministration.
- Working knowledge ofSoftwareDevelopment Life Cycle(SDLC) methodologies andchange management practices.
- Experience supporting batchprocessing serverenvironments and applicationtroubleshooting.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines anddeployment processes.
- Strong analytical andproblem-solving skillswith the abilityto resolve complextechnicalissues.
- Excellent communicationskills and theability to collaborateeffectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience withPeopleCode IntegrationBroker Application Engine Application Designerand Component Interface.
- Knowledgeof Oracle HCMCloud tools includingHCM Extract HDL OTBIBI Publisher andHCM Design Studio.
- Experience with PSQuery SQR CrystalReportsSQL scripting JavaScript VBScript or VisualBuilder.
- Familiarity with disasterrecovery planning backupvalidation and businesscontinuityprocesses.
- Exposure to AIprompt engineering conceptsand modern automationtechnologies.
- Monitor maintain and troubleshoot enterpriseapplications and systemintegrations to ensurereliable performance.
- Develop support andoptimize integrations thatfacilitate accurate andsecure data exchangebetween business systems.
- Investigate and resolveapplication interfaceand data issueswhile implementing long-term corrective solutions.
- Apply system updates configuration changesand patches followingestablished change managementprocedures.
- Participate in backup disaster recovery andbusiness continuity activitiesto support operationalresilience.
- Create and maintaintechnical documentation operational procedures and support knowledgeresources.
