Job Summary

Dematic is looking for a talented Software Support Engineer to provide remote second level customer support with Dematics Customer Service team. The work schedule for this opening is a weekly 8am-5pm EST position. The employee will work closely with customers first level technicians and software/technical engineers to resolve customer issues. The employee may participate in emergency situations requiring on-site support. Ideal candidates will possess knowledge of multiple programming languages operating systems databases and networking.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $65000 - $140000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location education experience knowledge and skills.

  • Resolves moderately difficult issues and manages recurring tasks
  • Accountable for process efficiency and effectiveness

What We Are Looking For:

  • Associate degree in Engineering IT or related field (Bachelors preferred).
  • 13 years of experience in technical support or data analysis.
