Salary Range
The projected compensation range for this position is 235K-242K (annualized USD).
Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to location the individuals particular combination of education knowledge skills competencies and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team of UI/front-end developers providing technical guidance standards and code review
- Architect and implement scalable maintainable front-end solutions using modern frameworks
- Translate prototypes and design specifications into functional responsive and accessible interfaces
- Collaborate with backend engineers to design and integrate APIs ensuring efficient data flow between front-end and back-end systems
- Contribute to full-stack development efforts as needed including backend services database interactions and deployment pipelines
- Establish and enforce front-end coding standards best practices and component reuse across the team
- Partner with UX/UI and systems engineers to ensure design intent is preserved through implementation
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks cross-browser issues and technical debt
- Participate in sprint planning technical estimation and architectural decision-making
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (e.g. Section 508 WCAG) throughout development
Qualifications
- Twelve (12) years experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope type and complexity is required.
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelors degree.
- Seven (7) years experience in Software Database and Repository Interface Development
