By joining our Mission Solutions business you will be a member of a team dedicated to providing innovative solutions that streamline the preparation and execution of intricate mission-critical operations. We focus on enhancing situational awareness tactical command and control and seamless video data exchange capabilities within a dynamic multi-domain environment.

Job Description

In this role you will contribute to software development across the Mission Solutions portfolio working alongside a senior Solutions Architect and leveraging modern AI tools to accelerate delivery. You will bring existing engineering experience to bear while continuing to grow toward a Solutions Architect track taking ownership of features and supporting field and integration activities as needed.

Preferred locations: Austin TX Huntsville AL or Remote.

Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the year to support solution engineering in the field support military exercises and major integration events.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Computer Engineering or a related STEM discipline (or equivalent experience)
28 years of software engineering experience
Demonstrated ability to deliver production software
Curiosity initiative and a collaborative mindset
Must be able to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance; active clearance preferred
U.S. Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications:
Active U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance
Exposure to AI/ML tooling and modern development workflows
Proficiency in Python C Go or similar languages
Experience in edge compute mission systems or rugged platforms
Interest in growing into a Solutions Architect role
