This is an opportunity to join as a Growth Software Engineer focused on building the internal systems data infrastructure and AI-powered workflows that help a commercial team scale.

You will work across the full stack to turn fragmented data into actionable sales intelligence automate high-leverage workflows and build tools that make account executives significantly more effective. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys product-minded problem solving fast iteration and building systems that directly influence revenue growth.

• Build data pipelines that transform messy fragmented market data into actionable leads and sales signals.
• Develop internal tools that improve outbound workflows lead routing sequencing and deal collaboration.
• Apply AI and LLMs to unstructured sources such as documents call data and legacy systems.
• Create automated workflows and agentic systems that support pipeline generation in the background.
• Work across frontend backend data and AI-enabled tooling.
• Partner closely with commercial stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and build practical engineering solutions.
• Ship quickly in a high-ownership startup environment.

• 25 years of full-stack engineering experience.
• Strong experience with TypeScript and PostgreSQL.
• Ability to build production-grade internal tools APIs and data workflows.
• Comfortable working across ambiguous problems and translating business needs into technical systems.
• Strong product instincts and an interest in growth sales efficiency and revenue operations.
• Bias toward ownership speed and practical execution.
• Excitement about using AI and automation to improve real-world workflows.

• Experience with Express React Native or similar modern web technologies.
• Exposure to LLMs AI/ML workflows or agentic automation.
• Experience building sales tooling outbound automation lead scoring routing or CRM-adjacent systems.
• Familiarity with data ingestion enrichment or unstructured data processing.
• Marketplace logistics government public-sector or operations-heavy industry experience.
