Responsible for system solution & design writing & maintaining user stories modifying debugging and/or maintaining software solutions for systems while working with different user groups and customers as part of the innovative AT&T team in the Network / OSS domain.

You will take ownership and accountability of specific modules within an application and provide technical support and guidance during solution design for new requirements problem resolution for critical / complex issues
You will work with the internal customers to understand their business needs and requirements.
You will be presented with demos of the software products by the development teams with internal/external customers.
You will use your knowledge of the product/solution and technologies to influence the direction and evolution of the product/solution.
You will create user stories that will define to the development teams the needs and requirements in a way that the end results will ensure the satisfaction of the end users.
You will bring continuous improvements/efficiencies to the software or business processes by utilizing software engineering tools various innovative techniques and reusing existing solutions. Such as automation reduce design complexity reduce time to response and simplify the client/end-user experience.
You will ensure enterprise architecture vision effectiveness & vision is aligned in the products designed by you.
You will work very closely with the users the development teams test teams and overall end to end solution team in a good collaborative way.
You will represent/lead discussions related to product/application/modules/team (for example leads technical design reviews). Builds relationships with internal customers/stakeholders

Bachelors degree in Science/IT/Computing or equivalent.
Telecom Domain knowledge (Preferred OSS / Network)
Strong expertise in Ethernet services Broadband services and OSS
3 years experience designing software applications
Expertise in creating and presenting user stories and design documents
Solid understanding of software development processes and procedures
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
Experience in Agile and/or SAFe development methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of Network architectures Inventory Creation Management and Provisioning
Knowledge of Provisioning for Customer Services
Knowledge of various TM Forum APIs used for Product Inventory & Service Management.
Microsoft Azure Certification (Solutions)
