Key job responsibilities
- Lead the design development and maintenance of scalable performant and secure web applications powered by LLMs.
- Build and maintain end-to-end features across the front-end and back-end.
- Design intuitive and responsive user interfaces to enable seamless LLM interaction.
- Architect scalable and modular systems with a focus on performance maintainability and extensibility.
- Define and enforce engineering best practices (code quality testing CI/CD logging observability).
- Stay up to date with evolving LLM capabilities frontend frameworks and backend technologies.
- Propose and prototype new ideas to improve user experience model utilization or internal tooling.
- Partner with product managers and designers to shape the product roadmap.
- Translate high-level product ideas into clear technical specifications and deliverables.

A day in the life
Drive high-level system design and define the technical strategy in alignment with product and business goals. Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and consistency in implementation. Deeply understand the business domain to proactively propose scalable customer-centric solutions. Contribute to product development by analyzing and scoping requirements providing technical input early in the lifecycle. Lead by example through active mentorship thorough code reviews and writing clean maintainable and high-quality code that sets the standard for the team.

About the team
You will operate in a responsive flexible and collaborative environment leading an agile development team that embraces modern best practices in software this role you will collaborate closely with Principle Engineers/Senior Engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements assess technical feasibility and deliver robust solutions that shape the next generation of our products. Your contributions will be instrumental in driving innovation and ensuring alignment between engineering and product strategy.

- 5 years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2 years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- 1 years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
- 1 years of designing and developing large-scale multi-tiered multi-threaded embedded or distributed software applications tools systems and services using: C# C Java or Perl experience
- 1 years of Object Oriented Design experience
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or a related field
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

- 3 years of full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations experience
- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
