Software Data Engineer Mid-Level

ITC is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering Cybersecurity Solutions Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis and Management Services in order to enable our customers to solve the most challenging problems. With continued growth comes opportunity and we are currently searching for a Top-Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Mid-Level Software Data Engineer.

Responsibilities:

As a Software Data Engineer you will develop maintain and enhance complex and diverse software systems based upon AI-related requirements. You will develop software solutions for AI-driven automation and efficiency gains and design develop and deploy scalable AI/ML models and tools tailored to the operational needs of the customer. You will collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement mission requirements into technical solutions.

• TS/SCI with Fullscope Polygraph
• Two (2) years of demonstrated experience in Software Engineering with a Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Mathematics or appropriate field from an accredited college or university; or zero (0) years of experience with a qualifying Masters or PhD degree. Three (3) years of Software Engineering experience with a high school diploma or GED would also be acceptable.
• Experience with Prompt Engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

Desired:

• Able to work in a collaborative environment as a team player.
• Familiarity with commercial and open-source AI/ML frameworks and platforms
• Experience designing fine-tuning and deploying large language models (LLMs)
• Ability to analyze data structures and data objects
