The Division of Technology Services (DTS) is looking for a motivated individual who is a talented self-starter and excellent communicator to work with management and leadership staff to coordinate software asset management systems and processes with DTS and customer agencies and assist in software licensing day to day functions. This position will also assist on our PC Lifecycle Management project to assist agencies with onboarding from a software perspective.
The chosen candidate for this job must have the ability to understand technical solutions and communicate effectively with personnel at all levels. Must also be able to work through complex processes to determine solutions. While not required it is important that someone in this position understands and has work experience with software licensing models and basics of asset management. Please note that this job does not include any development/coding.
