Job Summary
Were looking for students who want to help shape how Bristol SU works with societies.
As a Society Ambassador youll bring student leaders together lead conversations that matter and help turn shared challenges into practical improvements. Youll play a key role in strengthening how societies connect with each other and with the SU.
Youll lead Society Interest Forums within your category creating space for Presidents and committee members to share ideas learn from each other and raise issues that matter. Youll then take these insights into conversations with the Union Affairs Officer and Development Team helping to influence how the SU supports student groups.
Across the year this work builds towards You Said We Did where youll help showcase impact share successes and highlight the changes still needed.
This is a great opportunity to build skills gain experience and make a real difference to the society experience.
Whats the job
Role: Society Ambassador
Hours: Approx. 25 hours across the year (including evenings)
Salary: 13.45 per hour
Contract: Zero hours Fixed Term until Summer 2027
Closing date: Monday 27 July 2026 9am
