Job Summary
Education: Determined by the Maryland State Board of Social Work Examiners under the licensing requirements for Social Workers.
- Experience providing therapeutic and crisis intervention services to children and adolescents with serious emotional and behavioral disorders including the use of evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) suicide risk assessment de-escalation techniques trauma-informed care and positive behavior supports.
- Experience working in special education and interdisciplinary treatment planning including IEP development collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and the ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans and maintain accurate timely clinical documentation.
