A fantastic hospital near Green Forest AR is seeking a full-time permanent Social Worker to join its amazing team!
Pay starts at $24/hr and increases based on years of experience!
The Social Worker Opportunity:
- Full-time permanent direct hire
- Schedule: Monday - Friday on-call every other weekend
- Setting: Home Health and Hospice
- The Social Worker will conduct psychosocial assessments develop care plans provide counseling and coordinate resources for home health and hospice patients
Social Worker Qualifications:
- LCSW or LMSW
- BLS required or must be eligible to obtain
