A facility near Lamar Missouri is seeking a Social Worker to join their behavioral health team! $15000 Signing Bonus! Open to new Graduates!
Salary: $95000 a year
Social Worker Opportunity:
- Full-time permanent position
- Schedule: Day shift; Monday-Friday

- Provide social worker services by delivering behavioral health interventions as part of an interdisciplinary care team to improve patients physical health and psychosocial outcomes
- Support individuals in managing chronic conditions through coaching sessions medication and treatment plan adherence support self-management education goal setting and facilitation of group classes
Social Worker Qualifications:
- Social Worker must have or be willing to obtain LCSW or LMFT in the state of Missouri
- Strong communication organization and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- BLS required upon hire
