Social Services Practitioner (MSW)Renders clinical psychosocial services to the patients and their families of all ages (neonate to geriatric). Assesses patients psychosocial needs and makes referrals to appropriate facilities or community agencies; and provides crisis intervention and bereavement counseling.

Day Shift 5 x 8s 8am to 4:30pm M - F with occasional weekend shift. Located at Vallejo. Must have CPI and BLS. CPI can be provided on site after hire if needed. 1year of experience at and Work Experience:Bachelors Degree or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelors): RequiredMasters Degree in social work or equivalent combination of education/experience: RequiredThree years experience in a social agency hospital or other organization dealing with health and/or welfare: PreferredLicenses/Certifications:Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW): PreferredDepartment Specific License/Certifications:Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or Techniques for Effective Aggression Management (TEAM) or TEAM-A: Required
