What Youll Do

• Connect with clients to understand their travel needs preferences and budgets
• Book seamless journeys via email chat and phone with accuracy and enthusiasm
• Use social media to engage with clients and showcase travel destinations
• Resolve issues quickly to ensure smooth travel from booking to homecoming
• Nurture post-booking relationships to support clients before during and after every trip
• Spot trends in client feedback to refine services and personalize future bookings
• Deliver high-touch service with empathy expertise and professionalism

• Active on social media (Instagram Facebook TikTok or LinkedIn) and comfortable engaging online
• A relationship-builder who knows how to listen to clients and create memorable experiences

Requirements

• Reliable internet connection
