Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop the enterprise social media strategy across brand recruiting thought leadership and commercial objectives

• Serve as the subject matter expert on social channel best practices emerging platforms and algorithm changes

• Build executive and employee advocacy programs that increase company visibility and credibility

• Translate social listening engagement trends and audience behavior into actional recommendations for marketing strategy content development and customer experience improvements

• Establish channel-specific content strategies and KPI frameworks

• Partner with Segment Marketing and Corporate Communications to identify opportunities for customer storytelling and commercial impact

• Provide quarterly recommendations regarding channel mix investment priorities and content optimization

• Manage day-to-day execution and publishing across enterprise social media channels including LinkedIn Instagram YouTube Facebook TikTok X and PR channels

• Responsible for community management guidelines escalation protocols social listening and response timing

• Write and produce content aligned to brand voice communications priorities and campaign goals.

• Manage social content calendars and posting schedules and platform-specific optimization considering both organic and paid media strategies

• Ensure all social content aligns with brand and legal/compliance standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Public Relations Journalism or related field required; equivalent social media management experience and writing portfolio may be considered

• 4-7 years of social media or digital content experience.

• Strong writing skills with a portfolio of published brand content

• Experience managing business accounts on major platforms (Instagram Facebook TikTok X)

• Working knowledge of paid social advertising with boosted content

• Comfort with social media management and listening tools (Sprout Social Hootsuite)

• Experience with employee advocacy programs recruiting content and reputation monitoring

• Exprerience using social analytics to influence business and content decisions

• Experience managing enterprise-level social governance

Travel:

• Up to 10%

The pay range for this position is

Starting wage is dependent on skills experience education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicants location. Along with competitive pay full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
