Social Media Specialist

Position Overview:The Social Media Specialist executes key functions to support our growing digital footprint and owned brands. Responsibilities for this position include content generation social growth planning data analysis marketing program management agency relationship management and execution for owned brand social channels to support enhance and drive relevance. Expertise in photography and video creation and editing is critical to this Job Functions:Ability to collaborate with the Marketing and brand teams to develop breakthrough social media programs that support seasonal campaigns product launches events and other brand to develop and maintain the monthly social media calendar based on objectives and strategies set forth by the marketing to create original innovative high-quality visual and written content to ensure optimized presence on social media platforms which currently include Facebook Twitter Instagram and to maintain responsibility and execution for delivering KPIs through paid earned and owned social to provide ongoing social media reporting and insights that will enable the refinement of social media strategy and tactics as to monitor and report on emerging digital trends best practices and new social features and leverage these findings into the development and execution of new ideas and to benchmark and monitor competitors and industry leaders in social media to apply best practices leapfrog initiatives and improve the overall social media to write unique brand copy for social and paid media as to build relationships with select digital influencers working with PR to integrate programs for bloggers and digital to source brand marketing assets for digital channels optimizing based on digital trends and consumer to ensure all communication meets brand and legal guidelines standards and to perform other functions as list is not inclusive of the total scope of job functions to be performed.
